  Was referred to Sakowitz Eye Center by another eye physician. Diagnosied with foreign object in my right eye (metal). Just below pupil. Was quickly pre examined upon arrival. Got back to see the physician, he quickly removed object. Feels 100% better after visit. Very professional, very patient friendly. Will use Sakowitz for all family eye care.

  Dr Perez is a great Dr he ordered me a prescription and gave some samples which worked wonderful only problem is insurance required pre authorization which the staff never faxed to my insurance company I made three attempts to have them complete it but all they keep doing is faxing the prescription. Does me no good to go to a Dr when the staff can not make sure my prescription paperwork is completed so I can get my medicine
