  A very pleasant experience. From the scheduling of repairs to the work being done.
  I was told my service would take an hour, at 55 minutes the manger comes into the waiting area explaining that it will be a little longer because they want to be sure everything is working properly. The cleanest, friendliest, and most professional service center I've ever been in. You can tell every employee cares. 6 stars!

  Took my Chevy HHR here for a transmission seal leak. I will say that they are very friendly and accommodating. They found other things wrong with my car then what I brought it there for, and they fix them, and the repairs were good, but my transmission continue to leak even after three trips back. Also took three trips for him to clean out my AC drain. They refused to refund over $200 they charged me for the leak even though they couldn't fix it. Finally got fed up and took my car elswhere. They fixed it the right way and showed me how Masters completely screwed up didn't use the right tools and try to pound the seal in to make it work. These people are not ASE certified at Masters, and I would never never bring my car back there again. Don't get screwed over take your car somewhere else.
